For customs brokers and clearing agents

Handle more entries. With the team you already have.

Astra is a digital assistant for customs brokers. She handles repetitive document-to-entry work, so your licensed staff can spend the day reviewing and supporting clients — not keying.

Astra reads incoming invoices, bills of lading and air waybills and prepares them for broker review.

Your clients continue sending documents the way they always have. Your team continues filing through the customs clearance system they already use.

Astra handles everything in between.

Astra is your digital coworker who fits into the way your brokerage already operates. Nothing changes for the people sending you documents or for the team filing the entries.

Your clients send invoices, air waybills and bills of lading by email, portal or folder. Astra extracts, derives, classifies and computes. Your broker reviews and files to your customs system.

The Same Entry, Two Ways

By hand, today
With Astra
Time per entry

A licensed person keys the same fields from the same three documents, every time.

The fields are already populated. Your broker reads, checks, and approves.

Consistency between writers

Two people fill the same entry two slightly different ways. Both pass. One gets queried.

Same fields, same format, same derivations — entry one and entry five hundred.

When volume spikes

Overtime, or a hire you cannot justify once the spike passes.

The preparation scales; the review does not have to scale with it.

When a tariff changes mid-week

Someone reads the notice, then remembers to apply it to everything filed after Tuesday.

Duty is computed against the tariff schedule in force on the date of entry, and every figure says which.

Two questions, answered

The ones brokers ask first.

How do I know the data is right?

Because you can see where every value came from. Each field is shown against the place on the source document it was read from, and every classification is a proposal carrying its reasoning — your broker accepts it or overrides it, and the decision is recorded against the line.

What changes for my clients?

Nothing. They send documents the way they always have — the same email, the same portal, the same attachments in the same formats. You never have to tell an importer to do anything differently, and nothing about your filing arrangements changes on either side.
